7) Items are in good condition. We held no responsibilities for any losses or damages during delivery.

10) Return and refund is NOT allowed in such case of wrong expectation on color, material type, material thickness or any.

11) PRE-ORDER items are direct-import. Please allow 8-14 working days waiting time and understand that sometimes there might be a delay because of custom special checking or any other unforeseen circumstances.

12) Customer will get 100% refund if the item(s) that you ordered is out of stock (for pre-order).
